Community Based Surveillance (CBS) Assistant - Consultant -Ebola Response
IOM
Job Description
` for paragraphs, `
` for section headers, `- ` for lists, no CSS classes, no inline styles, no ``s, no `
` tags.
- Preserve ALL original content word-for-word - no adding, removing, summarizing, or rephrasing.
- If no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in `` tags.
- Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble.
2. **Analyze the Input Text:**
The input is a job description from what appears to be IOM (International Organization for Migration) for a position in DRC. It has various sections, formatting, lists, etc. I need to extract the structure and wrap it properly.
Let me break down the input text and identify sections, headers, lists, paragraphs, etc.
Input text structure (mental outline):
- `
Introduction
` -> This is a paragraph with bold "Introduction". I'll need to keep the content but remove the inline style. The content is in French. I'll wrap it in `` and maybe use `
` if "Introduction" is a section header, but it's inside a `
`. Actually, the rule says use `` for section headers like Responsibilities, Qualifications, etc. "Introduction" might be a heading. I need to decide. Looking at the text, there's `Introduction` inside a paragraph. I think I should treat "Introduction" as a heading? But the rule says use `` for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). "Introduction" isn't listed, but it could be a header. I'll check the rest.
- `
` -> This is a paragraph. I'll wrap in ``, remove inline style.
- `
Project Context and Scope
` -> Heading-like paragraph. I'll use `Project Context and Scope
` before the content? Or wrap the content in `` after the heading. The rule: use `
` for section headers. I think I should output the header as `` and then the content as `
`. But need to preserve word-for-word. So I'll put `
Project Context and Scope
` followed by the paragraph text wrapped in ``.
- `
ADD DETA` -> This looks like garbage/artifact. "ADD DETA" probably should be ignored or is part of the scraped text. The rule says remove stray numbers or formatting artifacts. I'll skip this or include it if it's part of the content? The rule says "REMOVE all of the following: ... Stray numbers or formatting artifacts". So I should remove "ADD DETA". But the text continues with ` ` etc. Actually, the `` contains a lot of French text about DRC, Ebola, etc. I need to handle the `` tags. The rule says no ``s. So I must extract the text inside and wrap appropriately. Also, there's ` ` which are non-breaking spaces; I should probably keep the text but remove the HTML entities or keep them as spaces? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. ` ` might be considered content, but typically in HTML-to-text, they're spaces. I'll convert them to regular spaces or keep as is? The input has ` ` multiple times. I'll treat them as spaces for readability, but the rule says word-for-word. Hmm. I'll keep the text as is but replace ` ` with a space, or maybe keep them? The rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". If I remove ` `, I'm removing content. But ` ` is HTML, not visible text. The input is plain-text job description, but it contains HTML tags. The user says "You receive a plain-text job description." but the content has HTML. I need to parse it. I'll assume ` ` should be converted to spaces, as they're just spacing artifacts. But to be safe, I'll keep the exact characters, maybe replace ` ` with a space, as is standard. Actually, the rule says "Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble." and "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word". I'll try to keep the exact text, but I can replace ` ` with a space since they're not "words". I'll see.
Let me carefully go through the entire input and extract meaningful content, removing tags like ``, ``, `
`, `- `, ``, ``, `
`, etc., and replace with semantic HTML as per rules.
Rules for output:
- Use `` for introductory paragraphs and general text
- Use `
` for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)
- Use `- ` for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills)
- No CSS classes, no inline styles, no ``s, no `
` tags
- Preserve ALL original content word-for-word
- If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in `` tags
- Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble.
So I need to output pure HTML, with `
`, `
`, ``, `- `. No classes, no styles. No ``. I need to strip all inline styles and classes.
Strategy: Parse the input text, identify segments, and reformat.
Let me go line by line (Mental or scratchpad):
Input starts with:
`
Introduction
`
I'll output: `Introduction
` then the content? But "Introduction" is inside the ``. The content after that is the next paragraph. Actually, the structure might be: "Introduction" is a heading, then the paragraph below is the intro text. But the input has `Introduction` inside a paragraph. I think I should treat "Introduction" as a header `Introduction
`, and then the next paragraph is the description. But the rule says use `` for section headers. I'll output `Introduction
` followed by the paragraph text.
Wait, looking at the input: `
Introduction
` - this is a paragraph containing "Introduction" bold. It might be a heading for the following content. I'll output `Introduction
` and then the next paragraph as `...
`. But I need to preserve word-for-word. The "Introduction" text is just "Introduction", I'll keep it.
Next: `Project Context and Scope
`
I'll output `Project Context and Scope
` then the next content? But the `` is inside ``. I'll treat "Project Context and Scope" as a header. Then the following `
` is the content. But the div has style. I need to extract text from div.
`
This div contains a lot of text. I need to output this as paragraphs or as a single paragraph? The rule: use `` for introductory paragraphs and general text. Since it's a continuous text, I'll wrap it in `
`, but there are `
` tags inside. I need to remove `
` tags and keep the text. Also, "ADD DETA" should be removed as artifact. "En RDC..." starts after "ADD DETA". I'll strip "ADD DETA" and keep the rest. Also, ` ` will be converted to spaces. `
` will be removed, replaced by spaces or new paragraphs? Since no `
` allowed, I'll just put spaces or break into separate `
`s if there are clear sentence breaks. The text has `
` after some sentences. I'll treat them as spaces, or maybe split into multiple `
` if there are two clear paragraphs. Looking at the div, it seems like one continuous block, but with `
` forcing line breaks. I'll merge into one `
` with spaces where `
` were. But the rule says "If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in `
` tags". I'll probably output this as a single `
`, or maybe multiple if I can identify paragraphs. To be safe, I'll output as `
...
` with the text cleaned.
After that: `Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing` -> I'll output `Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing
`? Or just keep as paragraph. The heading is inside `` inside ``. I'll use `Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing
` and then maybe no following text? Actually, the div might just contain that strong text. I'll output the header.
Then: `Required Qualifications and Experience
` -> `Required Qualifications and Experience
`? But the rule lists section headers like Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role. "Required Qualifications and Experience" might be a header. I'll use `Required Qualifications and Experience
`.
Then: `Education
` -> `Education
`
` -> This is a list item.
`. Remove the inline style div, keep the text.
Then: `Experience
` -> `Experience
`
` -> Two list items.
`. Remove all inline styles and spans.
Then: `Travel required
` -> This is a paragraph with "Travel required". I'll output `Travel required
` or maybe `Travel required` inside ``. But rule: use `
` for introductory paragraphs and general text. I'll output `
Travel required
`. But the `` should be preserved. I can do `Travel required
`. However, the rule says "Use for introductory paragraphs and general text" and "Use
for section headers". It doesn't forbid `` inside ``, but it says "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
s, no
tags". `` is fine, it's semantic. I'll keep `` if it was in the original, but the rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word". If I wrap `` inside ``, the content is preserved, but the tags change. The rule says "Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences...". It allows HTML tags as specified. I think using `` is okay as long as no inline styles. But to be safe, I might just keep the text "Travel required" without ``, but that would remove content. The rule says preserve word-for
