Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

for paragraphs,

for section headers,
  • for list items. No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, no addition, removal, summarizing, rephrasing. Must keep the text exactly as given, but we need to format with tags. We have a large job description with many sections: Introduction, Organizational Context and Scope, Required Qualifications and Experience (with subsections Education, Experience, Skills, Languages, Required Competencies, Values, Core Competencies, Managerial Competencies, Notes), then an ordered list (ol) with items that appear to be duties/responsibilities? Actually after the notes there is an
with list items that seem like duties. Those should be formatted as
      1. maybe? The instruction says use
        • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). It didn't mention
            . But we could keep
              as is? The rule: Use
              • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). It didn't forbid
                  , but says use
                  • for list items. Probably we should convert ordered list to
                    • as well? However they said preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. Changing
                        to
changes the markup but not the textual content. The content inside
                        • remains same. Changing the list type is a change in markup but not content. The instruction says preserve original content word-for-word, but we are allowed to change tags to meet required format. It didn't say we must keep original list type. It says use
                          • for list items. So we should convert any list (including
                              ) to
                              • . Also we need to wrap headings in

. The original has for headings like Introduction, Organizational Context and Scope, Required Qualifications and Experience, Education, Experience, Skills, Languages, Required Competencies, Values, Core Competencies, Managerial Competencies, Notes. Also there are subheadings like "Required Qualifications and Experience" then inside "Education", "Experience", etc. Those should be

as well. We also need to wrap paragraphs in

                                . The original includes many

tags with inline styles etc. We need to strip those and just output

with the text inside. We must not add any extra text. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, meaning we cannot omit any text, including spaces? We should keep the exact text content, but we can drop formatting tags and replace with our own tags. Ensure we keep the same textual content, including punctuation, line breaks? We can ignore line breaks as they are not content? Probably fine. We need to be careful with nested lists: inside

                                  there are
                                • containing

etc. We need to extract the text inside those

and put as list item text directly, without extra

                                  . Since we cannot have

                                  inside

                                • ? Not prohibited but we can just put the text directly. The instruction: Use
                                  • for list items. It didn't forbid other tags inside, but to keep simple we can put the text directly. We must also preserve links () as they are part of content. So we keep text inside. We must not add any CSS classes, inline styles, no
                                    , no
. So we strip those. We need to output only HTML. Let's parse the original text mentally and reconstruct. Original snippet:
